It is so hard to say no to that lustful look, that additional piece of chocolate cake, those extra 15 minutes of sleep, or that critical thought of our sister in Christ. But we MUST. It's only going to get harder tomorrow unless you deny yourself today. "If by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live" (Rom 8:13).
